1-2-1 Behavioural Session Add On

Service Description

- Strictly reserved for clients who have already had a Behaviour Modification Package - This can be added onto a package or booked separately, after a client has completed a package. - This session can be either with the client or requested, that the behaviourist takes the dog for an hour of training. The training would take place at the behaviourists chosen place, the travel arrangements for the dog will be sorted before the session.

Cancellation Policy

1-2-1 Appointments: If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your one-to-one, please contact us as soon as you know, so we can offer your slot to another client. Cancellations/reschedules made with less than 96 hours notice will still incur the full fee and forfeit your time. If you are cancelling due to illness to yourself or dog, you will still incur the full fee and will need to rebook in should you wish the session to go ahead. If you do not turn up for your class/course/1-2-1 session. You are not entitled to any refund or reschedule of your training. Should you have any additional extras added to your session, such as field hire or travel cost. This are also forfeited and no refund will be given. Where exceptional circumstances are provided, they will be dealt with on a case by case basis, and at the discretion of the Head trainer. Behavioural work: Once fee’s have been paid the sessions cannot be cancelled. Should the training no longer be needed for ANY reason e.g. you feel the behaviours have resolved or you have given up your dog, you are not entitled to a refund of any kind. Should you decide to secure a spot with a deposit, this will be 50% of the cost of the package or session, and is non refundable in any circumstance. ​
