1-2-1 Behavioural Session Follow Up

Service Description

- Strictly reserved for clients who have already had an 'Initial Behavioural 1-2-1 Session' - A follow up to check on progress, answer questions, go over training again, address any concerns or obstacles facing the owner - After your session a training report is sent to you to help aid your daily continued training at home - Can be booked as a top up session over time (if required)

Cancellation Policy

1-2-1 Appointments: If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your one-to-one, please contact us as soon as you know, so we can offer your slot to another client. Cancellations/reschedules made with less than 48 hours notice will still incur the full fee and forfeit your time. Courses & Classes and 1-2-1 Block Bookings Refunds for Courses & Classes and 1-2-1 Block Bookings are as follows: 100% of fees paid - up to 14 days after initial payment, unless they are within 5 days of the course start. If course/classes start date falls within the 14 days grace period and cancellation occurs, only 50% refund will be given. Once the course has started, you are not entitled to any refund of course fees. If you do not turn up for your class/course/1-2-1 session. You are not entitled to any refund or reschedule of your training. Where exceptional circumstances are provided, they will be dealt with on a case by case basis, and at the discretion of the Head trainer. ​
